The practical terms of the journey.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Minutes & Maps, you agree to follow these terms and the applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Personal use

Minutes & Maps is provided for personal focus and virtual travel progress. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Accounts and account security

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in method and notifying the verified support channel if you believe your account is being misused.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the application to:

• interfere with, overload or bypass the application or its security;
• access another person's account or data without permission;
• harass others or misuse friend and social features;
• automate, manipulate or falsify focus progress in a way that disrupts the service; or
• use the application in violation of applicable law.

5. Virtual progress and collectibles

Distances, coins, destinations, positions, stamps, postcards, inventory and other collectibles exist inside the application. They are part of the focus experience, do not represent real-world travel or GPS records, and are not money or property outside the application.

6. Intellectual property

The Minutes & Maps application, website, characters, artwork, interface and related materials belong to King Sum Tong or the relevant licensors. Minutes & Maps and KST Technologies are product and publishing brands.

7. Third-party services

Account, storage or platform features may rely on third-party services such as Google, Supabase and app-store providers. Their own terms may apply when you use those services.

8. Availability and product changes

Features may change as the product develops. Access may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, platform changes or technical problems. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve progress, but uninterrupted availability is not promised.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

Minutes & Maps is a productivity and entertainment experience, not a guarantee of academic, professional, health or travel outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated, and responsibility for indirect or unforeseeable loss is limited where the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension or termination

Access may be limited or ended if these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect users or the service. Where practical, the reason and available next steps may be explained.

11. Contact and changes

These terms may be updated when the product, platform requirements or verified legal details change. Material updates will be presented with a revised effective date. No governing-law clause is stated until the owner's intended jurisdiction is confirmed.
