Who this policy is for

This policy applies to the Minutes & Maps application and this website. Minutes & Maps and KST Technologies are product and publishing brands owned by King Sum Tong; KST Technologies is not described here as an incorporated entity.

Information the application may use

Account information

If account features are enabled, account information may include your email address, display name, avatar and an internal user identifier. Google sign-in and Supabase may be used for authentication.

Focus and virtual journey information

App information may include focus sessions, destination, virtual journey progress, virtual map position, coins, inventory, companion selections, vehicles, city stamps, postcards and passport progress.

Social information

If you use friends features, information may include friend requests, friend relationships, presence and a friend's position on the shared virtual map.

How information may be used

Authenticate an account and maintain account-linked access.
Run focus sessions and calculate virtual travel progress.
Save destinations, inventory, companions, vehicles and collections.
Provide friend requests, relationships, presence and shared-map features.
Synchronize account-linked progress through cloud services where enabled.
Respond to support and account-deletion requests once a support channel is configured.

Service providers

Google may receive the information necessary to complete Google sign-in. Supabase may process authentication information and stored account or app data. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

The final production configuration and the precise categories sent to each service still need to be verified before release.

Analytics, diagnostics and this website

This initial website does not include analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or non-essential cookies. Whether the final application uses analytics or crash diagnostics has not yet been confirmed.

Storage, retention and deletion

Account-linked progress may be stored through cloud synchronization. Exact retention periods, backup behaviour and deletion timing have not yet been confirmed. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, but no fixed retention period is stated before that process is verified.

You may choose not to use optional friends features. Account and deletion controls will be described once their final in-app and support paths are confirmed.
